Max Fried pitches well in quality start on Friday

Max Fried pitched six innings allowing two earned runs on four hits and three walks while striking out four during Atlanta's win over Philadelphia on Friday.
Fantasy Impact:
The two earned runs against were via solo home runs by Kyle Schwarber in the fourth inning and Jean Segura in the fifth. He's now allowed two home runs in two straight games after allowing just two in his 14 previous starts. Fried has been sharp otherwise recently, allowing two runs or fewer in each of his last eight starts and 14 of his previous 15 games. Overall this year he has a 13-6 record with a sublime 2.52 ERA and 1.02 WHIP with 159 strikeouts over 175 1/3 innings pitched. He'll next take the mound in a matchup against the Nationals on Wednesday.
