Ryan Howard takes the collar in win over Yankees
by Kerry Kauffman | Wed, Jun 24th 12:43am EDT
The Phillies pounded Yankees pitching for the second straight game in an 11-6 win on Tuesday. Ryan Howard was one of the few Phillies who struggled, going 0-for-5 with two strikeouts. Howard is now batting .227 for the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Howard has shown signs of power of old, but has been inconsistent and has a terrible strikeout-to-walk ratio. His on-base percentage is just .267, so owners are likely to get little out of Howard beyond home run output.
