Craig Kimbrel picks up the win over the Giants on Sunday night

by Josh Thiessen | Orioles Correspondent | Mon, Sep 19th 12:04am EDT

Craig Kimbrel pitched the ninth inning on Sunday, striking out one and getting through the inning clean as he went on to earn the win for the Dodgers in the teams 4-3 game against the Giants.

Fantasy Impact:

Kimbrel has been hit or miss this season and on Sunday night it was a hit performance as he managed to sneak out the win while improving his record to 5-6 on the season. The Dodgers' reliever has pitched to the tune of an 3.96 ERA with a WHIP of 1.34 on the year. The 34-year-old needs to be rostered due to his usage by the team, however he has certainly been a thorn in managers sides at times this season.
