Struggles continue for Mike Napoli

Manager John Farrell might give Mike Napoli a rest Wednesday night against Baltimore's Bud Norris, against whom Napoli is 2-for-15 with eight strikeouts, the Boston Globe reports. "We're looking at matchups for the rest of the series, particularly tomorrow against Norris, where even when Mike has gone well, that's been a tough matchup for him," Farrell said. (Boston Globe)
Fantasy Impact:
Mike Napoli has been really struggling at the plate. He finished 0-for-4 with four strikeouts on Tuesday night to drop his average to .199. Other than the occasional home run, Napoli has not done much this season. First base is not a deep position this year but if you can find a better option on a waiver wire it is time to drop Napoli.
