Austin Voth allows two runs, strikes out three Tuesday

Austin Voth (5-3) allowed two earned runs on six hits over five innings, inheriting the loss in the 3-2 defeat. The right-hander struck out three and yielded zero walks in the 62-pitch outing.
Fantasy Impact:
Voth produced eight whiffs and generated an average pitch velocity of 85.4 and a max pitch velocity of 93.7. Unfortunately, the righty rarely reaches the six inning mark which severely limits his upside in quality start leagues. The 30-year-old owns a 4.32 ERA, 1.41 WHIP, 81/29 K/BB ratio and two quality starts in 91.1 innings pitched this season. The Redmond native is scheduled to start versus the Astros in Baltimore on September 25.
