Starling Marte (finger) hopes to return next week

Starling Marte (finger) will try to hit and throw once again Wednesday. He hopes to be ready for the Mets' series against the Braves starting October 1st. (Anthony DiComo on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Marte attempted to hit and throw last week but wasn't able to due to his fractured finger. He shouldn't need much time away once he does feel good enough to swing a bat, but it's unclear if he will be able to do that soon. The Mets could play it cautiously with Marte, but it does seem like they very much want him back before the end of September.
