Elehuris Montero went 1-for-2 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 6-1 loss to the Giants.

Montero's sixth long ball of the season accounted for the entirety of the Colorado offense on Wednesday, and it didn't come until the ninth inning. In September, the 24-year-old is slashing .231/.318/.487 in 39 at-bats. On the year, he is hitting .243 to go along with six homers and 18 RBIs.
