Giancarlo Stanton homers, collects three hits in win Thursday

Giancarlo Stanton went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run in New York’s 5-4 win against the Red Sox on Thursday.

Fantasy Impact:

Stanton blasted a two-run home run off of starter Michael Wacha to cap off a three-run 6th inning and put New York up 3-0 at the time. The homer was Stanton’s second in his last three games and fourth since September 10. He collected three hits for the first time since May 21 against the White Sox. Stanton is slashing .215/.301/.462 with 28 home runs, 75 RBI, and 49 runs scored in 368 at-bats this season.
