Teoscar Hernandez cranks home run on Thursday

by Devon Bruce | Dodgers Correspondent | Fri, Sep 23rd 10:45am EDT

Teoscar Hernandez went 1-for-4 with a solo home run during Toronto's loss to Tampa Bay on Thursday.

Fantasy Impact:

Hernandez smacked a 107.0 mph, 365 ft. solo home run in the second inning to get the Blue Jays to within one run. It was his first home run since September 5th, as he's been pretty quiet recently outside of a four-hit game. There were high expectations of Hernandez this season after he smoked 32 home runs and 116 RBI last season but he's easily going to come up short of those numbers this year. On the season he's now hitting .259/.310/.467 with 21 home runs, 68 RBI and six stolen bases across 456 plate appearances.
