Spencer Strider (oblique) placed on 15-day IL

Spencer Strider will be out until at least the last day of the season after hitting the 15-day IL with a strained oblique. (Atlanta Braves on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Strider had his last start skipped due to the oblique injury, but there was some confidence he could possibly make his next start. But, that is not the case as Strider did not progress as expected and he will be heading to the injured list. Strider could return on the last day of the regular season, so it will be interesting to see how things play out as the team would likely want Strider pitching in the postseason.
