by Chris Schommer | Cardinals Correspondent | Sun, Sep 25th 7:51am EDT

Jordan Montgomery struggled through four innings on the mound for the Cardinals Saturday, allowing six runs on seven hits while also walking one and striking out three in the Cardinals' 6-2 loss to the Dodgers.

Fantasy Impact:

Montgomery has allowed three or more runs in three of his last five starts for the Cardinals, posting a 4.67 ERA and 3.50 K/BB ratio in that span. The 29-year-old left-hander will look to get back on track for the Cardinals going forward, carrying a solid 3.50 ERA and 1.10 WHIP with 153 strikeouts in 31 starts (8-6) on the mound this season.
