J.D. Davis went 4-for-5 with a solo home run, two doubles and a single in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Diamondbacks.
Davis's 10th homer of the season proved to be some much-needed insurance in the top of the ninth, as it was the difference in the final score. The 29-year-old has been solid in September for the Giants, slashing .275/.383/.510 with six RBIs and seven runs scored in 51 at-bats. He will look to finish his season strong over the next week-plus.
