Giancarlo Stanton blasts 31st home run Tuesday

Giancarlo Stanton went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in New York’s 3-2 loss to the Rangers in Game 2 of Tuesday’s doubleheader.
Fantasy Impact:
Stanton has now homered in three straight games, going 4-for-9 (.444) during that stretch. All three were solo shots but Stanton’s bat is heating up at the right time as anew York prepares for the postseason next week. Stanton’s fantasy managers suffered through a lot this season but the dingers are still there and hopefully helping until the final days of the season. Stanton is slashing with 31 home runs, 78 RBI, and 53 runs scored in 398 at-bats this season.
