Brett Anderson struck out a season high 10 Marlins to earn his fourth win of the season. He allowed one earned run on five hits and walked one. 73-of-113 pitches were thrown for strikes.
Fantasy Impact:
Early in the season, Anderson was routinely throwing roughly 70 pitches per game. Over the past month, he's eclipsed 100 pitches five times. The Dodgers probably had him on a program due to his extensive injury history. With one more inning pitched, he will throw the most innings in a season since 2011. Don't expect many games like today, but Anderson is definitely a serviceable fantasy option. Hopefully he can remain healthy.
