Spencer Strider signed a six-year contract worth $75 million with an option for 2029. (Braves on Twitter)

Strider dominated as a rookie, pitching to a 2.67 ERA with 202 strikeouts in 131 innings. The Braves were so confident in their rookie arm that they felt good signing him to a contract to buy-out his team control and arbitration years with an option to keep him into his original free-agent season.
