Fantasy Impact:
Matzek was left off the Braves' NLDS roster due to elbow discomfort and will undergo Tommy John surgery as soon as possible. However, the procedure is almost certain to keep Matzek out all of next season in what is a notable blow to the Braves' bullpen.
