Elieser Hernandez was traded from Miami to New York on Friday for Minor Leaguer Franklin Sanchez. (Michael Mayer on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Hernandez spent much of 2022 injured and when he was on the mound, it was sub-par. He posted a 6.35 ERA and a 1.43 WHIP in 62 innings in 2022. The Mets could use Hernandez in a variety of roles, and we know the upside is there for Hernandez, so the Mets could hopefully work him back to form.
