Ryan Howard knocks in a run in loss

The Phillies pounded 16 hits on Thursday, but still fell to the Brewers, 9-8. Ryan Howard got one of the Phillies' hits in five at bats. He also knocked in a run and scored a run. Howard is batting just .224 this season.
Fantasy Impact:
Howard is on pace to hit 26 home runs and drive in 74 runs. While those are respectable power numbers, his batting average, on-base percentage and strikeout-to-walk ratio are poor. There are better options at first base for owners struggling at the position.
