Jake Peavy called-up from Triple-A Sacramento, Starts

Jake Peavy will be joining the San Francisco Giants. He will also be starting tonight against the Washington Nationals. The Giants have had a variety of injuries this year, especially with the elder pitching staff. Tim Lincecum, Tim Hudson, Matt Cain, have all partaken on the DL list.
Fantasy Impact:
I am unsure where Jake Peavy will start in the rotation, but as it looks now, Madison Bumgarner, Matt Cain, Chris Heston, Ryan Vogelsong, and Peavy are all in the five-man rotation. Peavy should be not used in anything other than a streaming situation or in very deep leagues.
