The Chicago Cubs fell to the Miami Marlins on Friday, 2-1. The Cubs scored their only run in the first inning on single by Miguel Montero.He finished 1-for-4 and is batting .245 for the season.

Montero is 4-for-12 with four RBI over his last three games. Although his batting average has dropped from earlier in the season, Montero is on pace for 21 home runs and has a solid .769 OPS. Montero is a good power option behind the plate in deeper leagues.
