Albert Pujols went 2-for-5 with a RBI-single and a solo-HR against the Rangers on Sunday.

Pujols is on pace to have a career year, with 25 homers already with six games left to go in the first half of the season, putting him in line to surpass his 49 homer season in 2006. Pujols has also raised his average from a rough .231 to a solid .265 in just a month and a half, meaning he is on track to surpass the .285 mark (his highest as an Angel in 2012).
