The Twins have landed their newest catcher, as this likely spells the end of the Gary Sanchez era in Minnesota. Playing for both the Red Sox and the Astros in 2022, Vazquez slashed .274/.315/.399 with nine homers and 52 RBIs in 119 games played. The 32-year-old, fresh off a World Series championship, will likely be the everyday backstop for the Twins, who seem to be interested in making more moves this offseason.
