Wil Myers signs one-year deal with the Reds

Fantasy Impact:
The Padres declined their $20 million club option on Myers last month, making him a free agent after eight years with the team. There hadn't seemed to be too much interest in Myers based on the reports. He is coming off a season where he hit .261 with an OPS of .713 across just 77 games.
