Andre Ethier out of lineup for Friday's game

Andre Ethier is not in the Dodgers' starting lineup Friday night. He left Thursday's game with quad tightness. It is not thought to be serious, but the Dodgers are giving the veteran a night off. Alex Guerrero is starting in left field.
Fantasy Impact:
Ethier is having a nice comeback season after last year's debacle, but he's a low-end fantasy option at best given the Dodgers' propensity to share the playing time in left field.
