Seranthony Dominguez signs two-year extension

The Philadelphia Phillies and reliever Seranthony Dominguez have agreed on a two-year contract extension. (MLB.com)

Fantasy Impact:

Financials have yet to be disclosed but the deal comes with a club option for the 2025 campaign. The 28-year-old enjoyed a productive 2022 season, tossing 51 innings of 3.00 ERA ball across 54 appearances, locking down nine saves in the process. Save opportunities could be shared between Dominguez, Gregory Soto, Jose Alvarado, and Craig Kimbrel in the 2023 season.
