Carlos Gonzalez contributed to a slug fest against the Rangers on Wednesday as he went 1-for-3 with an eighth inning 3-run home run.
Fantasy Impact:
Gonzalez only owns a .258/.315/.455 slash line this season but he has mixed in some solid power production. His home run on Wednesday was his 14th of the season and his three RBI brought his total up to 39. While he is having a disappointing season overall he has gone through hot streaks at various points during the season.
