Matt Moore struggles again in Rays loss

Matt Moore struggled again in his fifth start since his return from Tommy John surgery. He gave up five runs in five innings against the Orioles on Sunday. His ERA is now at 7.61 on the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Given that most pitchers may take 18 months to recover from Tommy John, it shouldn't be a suprise that Moore has struggled. His velocity has averaged about 2 mph less then before the surgery. If you are in a keeper league he is worth stashing on the bench, but may not be worth waiting for in a re-draft league. There is also the possibility the Rays drop him from the rotation and send him back to Triple-A if his struggles continue.
