Jered Weaver to make rehab start Thursday

The Los Angeles Angels have cleared SP Jered Weaver to make a minor league rehab start on Thursday. The veteran has been out since July 20 with a hip injury. (Alden Gonzalez on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The one-time ace dropped off the fantasy radar this season. Weaver posted a 4.75 ERA in 15 starts while watching his SO/9 drop 4.6. Considering Andrew Heaney's brilliance, Weaver's return to the rotation could force Matt Shoemaker to the bullpen.
