The 24-year-old backstop got the day off on Sunday but is back at it Tuesday following an off day on Monday. It's been a tough season overall, but Ruiz has hit three homers over his last four games while his .376 xwOBA is well above his current .303 wOBA. He should be in for increased production moving forward.
