Felix Hernandez lasted 6.2 innings allowing seven runs on 12 hits, while striking out seven batters as the Mariners lost to the Diamondbacks 8-2.
Fantasy Impact:
Hernandez who owns a 12-6 record with a 3.02 ERA was roughed up for the first time since June 22nd when he allowed four runs to the Royals. From June 22nd until yesterday's clunker, Hernandez allowed four earned runs in five starts. Every once in a while Hernandez will not have his elite stuff, but it rarely becomes a continuous stretch of poor outings, making him a must-start moving forward.
