Colby Rasmus gets another single in Thursday shutout

Making another right field start during Thursday evening's 3-0 series sweeping shutout victory over the Los Angeles Angels, Colby Rasmus went 1-for-4 with a 4th inning single. He also tallied a strike out, fly out, and a pop out collectively in the game. Rasmus has kept to a steady .236 average on the season.
Fantasy Impact:
It will be very interesting to see what a potential combination of veterans in both Rasmus and the newly acquired Gomez will make. By all accounts, Rasmus can still provide more of the power pop, while Gomez lays down more of the speed. Fantasy holders should certainly keep an eye on Rasmus, especially in the coming weeks.
