Mike Fiers gives up six runs in Astros debut

Mike Fiers allowed six runs on seven hits in five innings against the Rangers on Monday. He had three walks and six strikeouts in the long-relief appearance.
Fantasy Impact:
Fiers filled in after the SP McCullers couldn't get out of the first inning, but it wasn't the debut Astros fans were hoping for. Fiers had been steadily improving as the season has gone on, lowering his ERA every month, including a solid 3.19 in July. He'll look to bounce back, preferably when he gets to start the game, but until his role in the rotation is certain his fantasy value is really low except in AL-Only formats.
