Logan Morrison is nearing return from a thumb injury suffered during a July 29th game. While Morrison was able to pinch-hit during four of the last five games, he has been held out from defensive responsibilities. (Ryan Divish on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Morrison has struggled mightily this year and, with the productivity of both Jesus Montero and Mark Trumbo, there is likely no rush to bring back the left-handed first baseman. Morrison should not be on your roster at the moment under almost any circumstance.
