Cubs outfielder Dexter Fowler hit his 11th home run of the year Friday in the Cubs 7-3 victory over the Giants. Fowler had a big game as he finished 3-for-5 with two runs scored and a stolen base.
Fantasy Impact:
While Fowler is posting a career low batting average, the switch-hitter has already logged the third highest home run total of his career. His 17 steals also puts him on pace to finish the season with over 20 swipes for only the second time in his career. If you can survive his low averages, Fowler is a huge fantasy asset as he is contributing big numbers in multiple counting stat categories.
