According to Jon Heyman of CBS Sports, Jose Reyes has cleared waivers. This makes him available to be traded at anytime to a potential contender. (CBS Sports)

Reyes has only been with the Rockies since July, coming over from the Toronto Blue Jays in a blockbuster trade that involved Troy Tulowitzki. If Reyes is traded to a contender, it could potentially spark a fire in the aging short stop, making him a solid starter.
