Ian Kennedy with a solid outing Sunday but his team is shut out

Kennedy went six and two third innings allowing four runs (one earned). He gave up four hits and one walk while striking out eight. The four runs is more understandable when put in the context of the game being played at Coors Field. Unfortunately for Kennedy, San Diego was shutdown after two big offensive games.
