Chase Utley adds two more hits in loss to Blue Jays
by Kerry Kauffman | Wed, Aug 19th 12:11am EDT
The Phillies continue their slide with a 8-5 loss to the Blue Jays on Tuesday. Chase Utley continues to swing the bat well, going 2-for-5 with a run scored. He'd raised his batting average 38 points since coming off the DL and is batting .217 for the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Utley could very well end up with the Phillies for the remainder of the season. A trade hasn't been ruled out, but Utley is in control and appears he will get more playing time if he stays then if he accepts a trade. While he isn't supplying power like he used to, Utley appears to have his stroke back and can be an asset for teams struggling at second base.
