Jon Jay cleared to accelerate rehab

Fantasy Impact:
Jay is targeting a mid-September return. He could factor into the outfield mix for the Cardinals down the stretch depending on the return dates of the other injured Cardinals outfielders. Jay has 166 at bats on the season with a .223 average.
