Joe Panik could return by early Sept.

The San Francisco Giants hope to get second baseman Joe Panik back from the disabled list by early September. He has been out since early August with inflammation in his lower back. (John Shea on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Panik was a pleasant surprise prior to his injury, as he was hitting .309/.374/.443 with seven home runs and 35 RBI. The Giants and fantasy owners are hoping he can pick up where he left off prior to the injury.
