Carlos Gomez singles on Saturday in win

Staying at center field during Saturday evening's 4-1 victory over the Minnesota Twins, Carlos Gomez went 1-for-5 with a single. He also tallied a ground out, line out and a pair of strikeouts collectively in the game. Gomez has kept his average steady at .245 on the season.
Fantasy Impact:
There was still way too much to be desired from the bat of Gomez. The veteran outfielder has made very little impact since his acquisition, minus a couple of breakout days. Fantasy holders may just want to keep him off their rosters until at least the start of next season to see if he improves.
