Rough day at the plate for Manny Machado

Manny Machado has another tough day at the plate in Baltimore's fourth straight loss. Machado went 0 for 4 in the Orioles' 6-0 loss to the Rangers on Sunday. Manny is now just 4 for his last 25 and his average has dropped to .289. The Orioles have only won once in their last ten games largely because of their inability to score. If they have any hope of salvaging their season, Machado needs to step up.
Fantasy Impact:
For daily fantasy leagues, Machado is not worth the price. The talent is obviously there but he is just out of form right not. Until more signs of consistency are shown, you can do better in DFS. For fantasy owners, Machado is clearly still a major component of your team, but may need to be benched until he comes around. Only swap Machado if you have a viable backup who is in form.
