Adam Wainwright begins running on rehab

Wainwright has moved to the next step of his rehab by starting to run with full weight on his injured Achilles. Previous cardio had been done in the pool to keep the pressure off his is leg. (St. Louis Post-Dispatch)
Fantasy Impact:
Wainwright is still hopeful to return to the Cardinals before the end of the season, in time for the playoffs. While this could be good news for the Cardinals, it will not help your fantasy team this season. However, it is positive news for dynasty and keeper league owners looking forward to the 2016 season.
