Marco Estrada pitches well in no-decision

by Marc Walton | Tue, Sep 1st 10:24pm EDT

Marco Estrada took the hill Tuesday against the Indians, going seven innings allowing two runs on five hits, while striking out two. The lone two runs Estrada allowed came via home runs by Michael Brantley and Yan Gomes. Estrada was in line for the win in the ninth, however Roberto Osuna allowed a game tying home run to Yan Gomes.

Fantasy Impact:

Estrada has now allowed just three or less runs in 13 of his last 14 starts. Sitting at 11-8 with a 3.16 ERA, Estrada has been one of the Jays most consistent starters since taking over the role in May. Continue rolling with Estrada in your lineups.
