Colby Rasmus kept off base in Sunday win

Taking back to right field during Sunday afternoon's 8-5 series clinching win over the Minnesota Twins, Colby Rasmus could not advance from the batter's box. He went 0-for-4 with a pair of fly outs and a pair of strikeouts collectively. Rasmus has dipped his average slightly back down to .227 on the season.
Fantasy Impact:
He has been hitting the ball noticeably better. However, Rasmus has not been getting very many of the necessary and much deserved breaks that he has been seeking. These fortunes should change, however, as the veteran outfielder will continue getting out of batting jams and contribute greatly to a post season run. Fantasy holders may want to keep a close watch on Rasmus.
