The Astros have activated Victor Caratini from the 10-day IL. (Chandler Rome on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Caratini was able to recover from a strained left hip and completed four rehab games before returning to the Astros’ roster. Cesar Salazar was optioned to Triple-A in a corresponding move.
