Brett Gardner went 2-for-4 with a solo homer and one RBI in a 9-5 loss to the Blue Jays in 11 innings in game one. Brett Gardner went 2-for-5 with two three run homers and six RBI in a 10-7 loss to the Blue Jays in game two.

Brett Gardner on the season is hitting .273 with 16 homers and 65 RBI. During the month of September he is hitting .265 and .353 during the last 7 days. After hitting just two home runs in July and one in August, he seems to have regained his power stroke with a vengeance.
