Daniel Murphy hits ninth inning, game-tying home run against Atlanta

Murphy connected for a three-run home run in the top of the ninth inning against Atlanta's Ryan Kelly, tying the game 7-7. Murphy's clutch homer allowed the Mets to eventually go on to win the game 10-7 in ten innings. It was Murphy's 11th home run of the season; he has now driven in 63 RBI on the year.

Murphy continues to produce for the Mets in key situations during the great run the Mets are on. He's a good stream option for owners in seasonal roto leagues looking to pad some stats as everyday players on non-contending teams get days off in September. With the Mets' bats continuing to produce up-and-down the lineup, Murphy is also a potentially cheap DFS option depending upon the pitching matchup.
