Trent Grisham was removed from Game 1 of a doubleheader with the Rangers due to a bruised hand. (Yankees on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Grisham was hit in the hand and did not start in the second game of the doubleheader. His X-rays were negative and he should be considered day-to-day for now.
