John Axford now 23-for-29 in save opportunities

John Axford failed to get the save in the 11th inning, but the Rockies still managed to defeat the Dodgers on Tuesday, in 16 innings.
Fantasy Impact:
Axford was called on to preserve the lead as the Rockies had gone up 4-3. After a strikeout, Axford gave up a walk and two singles allowing the tying run. That ends a streak of 10 consecutive scoreless outings for Axford, who is now 23-for-29 in save opportunities with a 3.93 ERA and a 56/26 K/BB ratio in 50 1/3 innings.
