Cole Hamels allowed seven hits and one run over seven innings of work as the Rangers crushed Seattle 10-1 on Saturday. Hamels struck out 12 and did not issue a walk in upping his record to 10-8.
Fantasy Impact:
Hamels showed why he is considered "ace" material today as he dominated the Mariners lineup. The victory keeps the Rangers 2 1/2 games in front in the AL West race.
